Account Management

Description

Here at FIXR we’re on a mission to be the number one Event Intelligence and ticketing platform globally. Ticket sales and event management can typically be a clunky, manual process, but our platform makes it easier than ever for event organisers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for their customers. Not only that, we provide our organisers with data intelligence and insight that help profile their ticket buyers  in order to retain and grow their audience over time.

We kickstarted our journey in 2015, and since then we’ve helped millions of people enjoy events all over the UK; whatever size or type of event, we provide a comprehensive end-to-end solution for event organisers. While we’ve been a leading ticketing platform in the student events industry since our inception, we’ve seen explosive growth across wider industry areas, and we are now building on this accelerated momentum to expand into new verticals and markets.

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive ticketing growth by finding and engaging with new client prospects. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with great communication skills, willing to hunt down sales leads, help with their qualification and support the wider Sales & Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we experience record sales and see no limits to our potential. The role is a great foundation for a career in sales or account management, and you will work with both the wider business partnerships and client operations teams to help develop your skills and support your ongoing career progression. The BDR role is based in our London HQ and reports directly to the Director of Sales.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead-sourcing and qualification across different verticals and event-types.
  • First point of contact for incoming prospects
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing to develop sales campaigns and propositions.
  • Helping with client account administration, pitch preparation and demos.
  • Attending client meetings with members of the Sales team.
