The Role
The Creative Programme Coordinator position is a great opportunity to support the delivery of the community programme 1 day a week, alongside your core role at Roundhouse. They will work alongside the Community Programme Manager, and in collaboration with Community Partner Organisations, to design, deliver and evaluate a high quality creative programme for young people aged 11 – 25 yrs. This role is integral to the delivery of the Community programme, working across a range of creative disciplines, and includes regular evening, weekend and holiday activities onsite at the Roundhouse and offsite in Community settings.

Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About you:
We are looking for someone with experience of supporting the co-ordination of creative programmes and working directly with young people aged 11 - 25 years. You will have experience of working in Community settings and will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will enjoy working in a team and have a commitment and understanding of diversity and inclusion.

To comply with working time regulations and ensure sufficient rest breaks, this role is open to part-time employees (ie: no casuals/ freelance) only. If you are successful in obtaining this role, your combined working hours with your current position should not exceed five days per week.

Contract: Fixed-Tem until 31 March 2026
Hours: 7 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £6,104.38 per annum pro rata (FTE: £30,521.92 per annum pro rata salary)
