Senior Customer Advisor

They are looking for a Senior Customer Advisor to play a key role in ensuring the overall quality of customer interactions in the contact centre environment.

This role focuses on channel quality management, training and development of other advisors, handling escalated customer enquiries, and providing general day-to-day support to the contact centre team.
