What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a talented and culturally aware Creative Designer to strengthen the delivery of multi-channel creative projects across our music venues and event brands.
This role will support the Senior Creative Designer and Creative Director in bringing campaigns and brands to life, from concept development and asset creation through to delivery, ensuring all design output is visually consistent, culturally relevant and commercially effective.
You’ll be hands-on across projects, collaborating closely with the marketing, partnerships, programming and production teams, as well as external agencies and freelancers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative with ambition to grow into a senior role while contributing to some of the most forward-thinking brands and spaces in culture and live experience.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Creative Development & Execution
- Support the Senior Creative Designer and Creative Director in the creation and delivery of multi-channel design projects across Broadwick's portfolio of music venues and events.
- Translate briefs into visually striking design concepts and assets for print, digital, motion and environmental applications.
- Maintain and develop existing brand identities, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Contribute to the ideation and visual development of campaigns, mood boards and pitch decks.
- Assist with art direction on shoots, coordinating with photographers, videographers and external suppliers when required.
- Stay informed on creative trends, cultural movements and design innovation, bringing fresh thinking into the team.
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage your own project workload, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
- Support the Senior Creative Designer in maintaining efficient workflow systems and production pipelines.
Brand Guardianship
- Uphold Broadwick’s design standards across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Contribute to the evolution of existing brands through research, creative exploration and iteration.
- Prepare and package assets for campaigns, partnerships and venue communications with precision and care.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing and partnerships teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns and assets.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, contributing ideas and feedback throughout the creative process.
- Participate in creative reviews and team discussions, providing considered input and responding positively to direction and feedback.
You’ll need to have:
- 2–4 years of professional design experience within live events, culture, music or entertainment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing concept-led, contemporary design work across branding, campaigns and motion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with solid understanding of typography, layout and composition.
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
- An understanding of motion design principles and an enthusiasm to develop further in this area.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting your work to internal teams.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
- A passion for music, culture and live experiences – with an awareness of Broadwick’s role within that landscape.
Nice to have:
- Relevant design degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Figma, Adobe XD or web-based design tools.
- Interest in 3D software
- Experience in video editing
- Experience and an interest in AI-assisted creative tools.
- An eye for emerging trends and a curiosity for new creative technologies.
